With 10 years of hands-on in the industry, I have operated my own cafe business, grown sales year on year, and sold cafes at a profit. I have worked with diverse Baristas, chefs, and industry leaders over the years. Using my knowledge in the cafe industry, I hope to support other like-minded entrepreneurs from all walks of life.
I enjoy immersing myself in the cafe industry, it allows me to be creative and technical about the coffee and food. The work is fast-paced, making each day fulfilling. Getting to know the people from different backgrounds is also rewarding for me.
